The 1st NESTOR “Standardization for Border Management” Workshop took place in Brussels, Belgium on Friday, 17 February 2023. This hybrid workshop was organized by the CEN-CENELEC Sector Forum on Security in conjunction with NESTOR and nine other EU-funded projects.

The workshop aimed at exploring and discussing the necessity of standardization within the domain of border management and establishing a roadmap for forthcoming standardization undertakings. A diverse group of experts from the scientific community, technology partners, various stakeholders, national authorities, and institutions participated, overall, more than 100 participants.
